pwd should return path with drive letter like it does in chroot mode.

Coreutils has been built and squeezed thru the tested in a typical OS/2 environment. rm isn't working 100%, there are occational 'resource busy' errors when doing rm -Rf. Also, they have to be verified when working with different driveletters, DOS slashes, and inside the Unix Penthouse?.
