ACPI APIC failure to boot - as reqd on Voicenews

This is the log and photo output of testing ACPI v 3.14 under none-SMP, PIC and APIC modes. /SMP /APIC hangs at the eCSlogo with KBDBASE.SYS listed by ALT-F2 at the bottom of the screen. The same occurs (no extra messages) with standard and debug versions of ACPI.PSD.

The system is based on an ASUS M2V-TVM motherboard with an AMD X2 dual core processor.
