Description
When skipping through video being played with mplayer using either the keyboard shortcuts (ie page up/page down; up/down arrow) the system will often hang, such that only a power off will resolve the problem.
I have purchased (with assistance from Mensys) a dock for my T60 to provide a serial port that can be used to try and debug this problem

All system lockups should be fixed. Test with latest driver and reopen a ticket if new problems exist.
