#203 lack of feedback Server does not always start up correctly Silvan Scherrer dcs
Description

I start samba server with a shadow of the start samba object from the samba folder in the XWP startup at boot folder.

Most times it starts OK but sometimes, although the two daemons are running, nothing is exported. Usually I try and kill them off but they are more often than not unkillable. Last time I used the restart object and samba did restart and connections could be made.

#117 wontfix Incomplete directory display Silvan Scherrer Doug Bissett
Description

Using evfsgui-20-GA-20091224.wpi with NETBIOS over TCP/IP server, as installed with eCS 2.0 Silver, fails to display the whole contents of a directory. I have a directory (V:\KEEPERHOLDER\KEEPERS) that has 302 files in it. When I attempt to display that with the drive created by EVFSGUI, it only shows 87 items. I see the 87 item limit when using the command line to do DIR also. If I use the SAMBA server, it does display the full contents.

ndpsmb.log contains connection of the system, an attempt to display the directory, and detach.

#129 duplicate EVFSGUI 2.0.3 problem nobody Doug Bissett
Description

As discussed in the SAMBA news group, trying EVFSGUI 2.0.3 on one of 4 machines causes EVFSCTL.EXE to crash. The other 3 machines seem to work fine. The one that fails is the only machine with more than a single processor. It is an AMD Phenom quad core machine running eCS 2.0 Silver.

These results are obtained by using the EVFSGUI.EXE from: evfsgui-203-20100129-test.zip and ndpsmb.dll from: ndpsmb-1.5.0-RC2-20100206-test.zip

I will upload EVFSCTL.EXE.CRASH.zip which contains POPUPLOG.OS2, PDUMP.000 (PROCDUMP), ndpsmb.log (hopefully that is what you want), and CmndLine?.txt which shows what happened in the command line window when I started EVFSCTL.EXE manually (not from CONFIG.SYS).
