Description

Hi,
i have 2 packets to update from netlabs-exp.
ffmpeg-libs and libicu.
It starts download the package but then comes up with following error (taken from yum cli) when trying to update. (makes no difference if using ANPM 1.06 or yum cli)

Aktualisieren:

libicu i686 68.1-1.oc00 netlabs-exp 14 M

Summary: Unable to update via ANPM/YUMUnable to install new or update via ANPM/YUM

Tried to install a new packege ("Keepassx") results in same issue.

i also tried Cleanup all and Maintenance functions (rebuild RPM Database and Complete transactions) in ANPM

Resolution: duplicate
Status: newclosed

Please read https://github.com/bitwiseworks/pthread-os2/issues/9. It has already been fixed and there is a workaround (set LANG=C or set LANG=en_US), a new pthread RPM will be released soon.
