klusrmgr: Need scriptlet to run upon uninstall to remove WPS objects

Description
When uninstalling klusrmgr, the folder is left on the desktop with the program object. Clicking on the program object after uninstall yields the expected (for us) "cannot be found" panel, which may be unexpected for the casual user.
This type of action will be needed for any other packages which create desktop objects.

this is fixed in r978. and as we suspected not a spec issue of klusrmgr. just no one found the bug until now. thx for finding.

this script is in the spec of course. But it may be the wps deletion doesn't work as it should. We need to investigate that first. As it's a RPM feature of our port.
