kLIBCum update deletes WPS objects

Description
kLIBCum has been updated several times since release, and every time I update with ANPM, the WPS objects are deleted. I then re-install and they are created. It seems the objects are only installed if they don't already exist, but are deleted otherwise. Maybe related to #30?

Fixed in kLIBCum 1.0.9 or better.

Most probably not only related. I bet this is the real cause. We will change the spec and release a new version. Thx for finding the issue.
