Description
Many "native" OS/2 programs search their language files either where the binary resides or in DPATH.
My suggestion would be to provide a directory %unixroot%\usr\share\os2\lang and put that into DPATH in rpm/yum. eComStation has an equivalent by having \ecs\lang and that added to DPATH, too.
It is done similar for %unixroot%\usr\share\os2\help and HELP and
%unixroot%\usr\share\os2\book and BOOKSHELF
