Should config item 'bugtracker_url' default be changed to trac.netlabs.org/rpm?

Description

The built-in default for configuration item bugtracker_url is ​http://yum.baseurl.org/report. Should this perhaps be changed in our distribution to http://trac.netlabs.org/rpm/? Maybe by putting it into the default yum.conf as shipped?

In the future, GUIs may display this value in help popups (for example).
