Description

some platforms provide libqt4-headers-private, and we could use that also. i have at least a need to get access to some private QtCups? functions.

We also need private headers to build the QML plugin for Qt Creator, see #255.

This is which private headers Ubuntu people provide: ​http://packages.ubuntu.com/ru/oneiric/amd64/libqt4-private-dev/filelist, JFTR.
