Examples and Demos will not launch.

Any attempt to launch a demo in the new QT 4.6.2 (everything installed: dev, doc, examples, lib) results in an error : Could not launch the example. Ensure that it has been built.
Also, no descriptions appear on the page. There is a notice: "Could not load description. Ensure that the documentation for QT is built."
Clicking on 'Documentation' results in an error "Could not start QT Assistant"

QAssistant won't start

| Description |
After installing the new QT 4.6.2 (all components -dev, doc, examples, lib) QAssistant will not start. There is an error message "cannot load sqlite database driver!".
I tried running assistant_adp.exe. It starts, but gives a bunch of errors like: Documentation file C:/ECS/DLL/qt/doc/html/assistant.dcf does not exist! Skipping file. This is not where those files were installed by WarpIn?.

This is a continuation of #146. When WarpIn? 1.0.20 is out, we should revert r736 and r737 to restore the more advanced behavior.
