It's time to move pango here as many projects need it and we want to provide our own patches in a convenient way.

Actually, I already have this version successfully built locally — so I only need to commit the tree and my small OS/2 patches.

As of r1270, all the patches are in and it builds now. I will leave this open until I create an RPM for it.

See also #90. We will have to make RPMs w/o language modules for the time being.

Yes, I already created RPMs for pango, so this must be closed.

We will stick with version 1.28.4 (quite old) for now — it meets our current requirements (in particular, it is suitable for Firefox 38). As for newer versions, there are some stoppers (the lack of some tools in our toolchain like
docbook
- they are not critical but require some hacks into the source tree which we want to avoid for now). We will update to a newer version later, when not under stress.
