Description
The version document which is installed to /usr/share/doc/freetype-x.x.x should be renamed VERSION.TXT. The erroneous extension is confusing.
Noted in package versions freetype-2.5.5-1.oc00.pentium4 and the previous (2.5.3-1).

this is exactly how it's called upstream. If you want that changed, then please open a ticket at the official freetype2 bugtracker. I don't think we should change any such original files in our repos.

ok to please you a bit, I moved the file to the -devel section. So normal users will not see it. Will be done with the next version 2.6.2

I would fix the package, but this may be a build issue, so I wanted to report it here, instead.
