Description
Our current version is a very restricted version of the original fontconfig. We need to switch to the original code base to bring all the features it has.

Upstream fontconfig version 2.11.94 was successfully imported and ported to OS/2 to make it generally work. Check http://trac.netlabs.org/ports/log/fontconfig.
There are some things still necessary to be done to make the switch from the old, restricted fontconfig_os2 to fontconfig complete, see #78 and #79.
