Description

My patches (Work-in-progress) for Boost 1.57.0

Note that b2.exe won't currently mkdir correctly, so to build I had to manually create a bunch of directories for the various libs

I checked in most of my work already. I need to do more testing and adjusting some stuff as well. After that we need to discuss the leftovers, if any.

I checked in everything and b2 and bjam are building inclusive the path creation part.
I now try to do filesystem, but this seems tricky due to the wchar support.

with r1122 all I tested builds fine. So I consider this closed for now. Thx for the diff.
