ClamAV install does not create objects

Description
Installing the new ClamAV 0.98.6 gives an error after installing:
Installing : clamav-0.98.6-6.oc00.pentium4 1/1
ERROR: Could not create an object with ID <CLAMAV_README> and specification "WPS
hadow|Readme 1st|<CLAMAV_FOLDER>|SHADOWID=C:\usr\share\doc\clamav-0.98.6\ReadMe.
txt".
Non-fatal POSTIN scriptlet failure in rpm package clamav-0.98.6-6.oc00.pentium4
warning: %post(clamav-0.98.6-6.oc00.pentium4) scriptlet failed, exit status 1
A reinstall gets the same error.
