Unzip 6.0 claims to need PHP5

Description
unzip.exe from package 'unzip-6.0-5.zip' doesn't work at all. Step to reproduce (after unpacking that with older unzip):
"[H:\dlarchiv\tools\unzip\605]unzip -?
SYS1804: Datei PHP5 kann nicht gefunden werden.
"
Same with no / other options. File info:
"29.03.13 17.36 83.649 0 a--- unzip.exe"
No problem with v.5.52 or P.Smedley's ports of v6.0.

I have the same exe it seems. At least my exe has the same date and size. And it works.
And as since 6 weeks no new comment I close it.

this sounds strange. where did you download the unzip zip?
