Description
Hi,
One of my friends subscribed to the OpenSSL mailing list for users forwarded me an e-mail proposing dropping of OS/2 support code from their codebase (apparently related to their planned cleanup of source code). I'm afraid that they would ask for someone taking care for the OS/2 port in order to stop this unfavourable action (someone who knows the code and can resolve incompatibilities, etc.)...
Thanks
Tomas

according to them they will not drop it for the moment. so closing this ticket.

I wrote them back. Lets see.
But even they remove the OS/2 code, which is not really much, we loose nothing. As in here we maintain our own version anyway. Which means we can update to the latest version and the OS/2 changes are preserved.
