crash in djvu libraries

Reported by: abwillis Owned by: Silvan Scherrer
Priority: major Milestone:
Component: djvulibre Version:
Severity: medium Keywords:

Description

I built Lucide using the djvu library, installed via rpm, and it crashes on djvu file load, I then tested it with ddjvu.exe installed via rpm and it crashes as well.
Downloaded djvu file from:
http://djvu.org/resources/djvu_digital_vs_super_hero_pdf.php
and another from their site too and both crash.

which djvulibre version? 3.5.27-2?

comment:2 by abwillis, 8 years ago

Yes, as it only just showed up in the repository I didn't think to list which version.

hmm whatever I try here I can show it nicely. Qpdfview (local build) shows it and ddjvu also doesn't crash.

I added new P4 testbuild to http://rpm.netlabs.org/test please test if those are better.

The test version is working.

those are -O2 instead of -O3 builds. thx for testing. I upload another test within some minuts

comment:9 by Silvan Scherrer, 8 years ago

uploaded at the same place, but with -3 at the end. Please test them also. Afterwards I know which one is good enough

comment:10 by abwillis, 8 years ago

The -3 build works as well.
