create a nice rpm package for lzo

Spec file is done and rpm for i386 and i686 works.
Pentium4 arch breaks in 'make check' with some fatal error. probaby due to assembler.
This needs a closer look.

this was due to #107. I worked around by changing libtool while it was building.
