Sub-menus need accelerator keys

Description

The main menu has underscores to show the accelerator keys, but the drop down sub-menus do not. This is non-standard.

I modified the Lucide.lng file to include these. The only problem is with these entries: 

  MENU_SINGLE_PAGE=~Single page
  MENU_CONTINUOUS=C~ontinuous

which are also used in the Settings Dialog and show a ~ where not desired. It needs separate strings, not the same ones as for the menu items.
