Minor issues in German language file

There were a lot of inconsistencies in the German language file Lucide_de.lng. I don't want to list them all here. In general:

• usage of wrong/misleading translation (I changed them to the termini used by German OS/2.)
• Underlined key assignments for menus
• Missing accel keys in "View" submenu (Ctrl++/- is not user friendly, so changed it to more logical Ctrt+PageUp/Down?)

Indeed, thanks, Andreas. Language packs have been refreshed, as has the main package. We're sort of doing a "soft launch" of Lucide 1.4.0, but I expect to make a formal announcement next week.

Meanwhile, please download the new one (main package as well as the German language package) and test. If this looks right now (it should), please mark this ticket resolved.

There are only a few problems left with warpin installation procedure. First the US language package should not be de-selectable, 'cause it contains the online help file. Next problem is the outdated README.DE which doesn't reflect the latest changes. I'm not sure about DjVu? libs, because the US language README mentions version 3.5.22 but I could only do testing with 3.5.27 here successfully.

Please change the following line from lucide_de.lng:

FDLG_THUMBNAIL=Eine ~Vorschaubilder erzeugen

to

FDLG_THUMBNAIL=~Vorschau anzeigen
