Port perl so we can run the auto* stuff.

With a very helpful patch from Paul I've got it building and most tests are succeeded even in the bare bootstrap environment. That said, I've yet to try installing and the build leave a fking mess behind (it doesn't help that the clean rule seems to be busted). I also wish to kick out more of the a.out mess which we don't need.

Since perl seems to build pretty ok in the bootstrap env., I don't think I will bother with setting up a bootstrap build for it (unless the clean rule is completely beyond repair).
