Description
I have encountered a couple of problems using help menus in some Java apps...
- Links to a website does not launch a browser.
- In a one case (LVMGUI) clicking help menu items produces a window full of question mark symbols.

At least problem 2. still exists with 1.6.0 Build 27 GA5, therefore I have adjusted the version info.
