Renamed existing C:\Java160 directory to Java160-b24. Unzipped b25 GA3 to c:\Java160. JAVA_HOME is C:\Java160\ and C:\Java160\bin is the *only* Java directory in PATH. Running java -version from a command prompt (including from the JRE directory itself) returns to a new prompt with nothing displayed.
