pstops crashes: can not print

Description
I got a backtrace of pstops when trying to print and some error messages like "empty file"; see for the error_log and the process dump.

the e:\cups\sbin directory was not on libpath for cups.dll; you should patch your installer.

If you haven't already, try installing the update from http://smedley.id.au/tmp/pdftops.zip (in place of \cups\bin\pdftops.exe) - this fixed some problems with pdftops not working properly.
Is it confirmed as necessary to put \cups\sbin in LIBPATH? CUPS-aware apps should already be able to find CUPS.DLL without that.
