Description
I installed Acpi 3.03 to Intel P4 system, eCS 2.0 RC2, SMP kernel. It seems to mess all so that I expect that I have to reinstall the operating system.
- Trap screen. Uniaud driver 1.14 RC3 seemed to be problem maker.
- Remmed out uniaud drivers from config.sys. Did not boot.
- Remmed out acpi related lines in config.sys. Did not boot.
- Changed to uni-kernel. Did not boot.
Acpi 3.03 works with eCS 1.2GA and uni-kernel.

Q66: I disabled ACPI.PSD and can't boot anymore A66: There are two suggestions:
1) detach the PC from AC, disconnect battery if using laptop.
Wait for 10 minutes, turn PC on again.
2) check filesystem: chkdsk x: /f
(boot from eCS CD1 or other bootable partition)
Note:
See TracTickets
for help on using tickets.
if don't work with "2. Remmed out acpi related lines in config.sys. Did not boot." - so acpi don't need in fix
