ASUS A6Ja, mutexes are not perfect

Description

Notebook: ASUS A6Ja, Core Duo

Boots OK,

running software: a) beer battery widget (queries battery level every 1 sec), b) CRC batmon plugin (queries battery level every 1 sec)

Problem:

  • the first log - booted OK, no troubles
  • the second log - booted OK, the notebook is frozen every N seconds, then continues to work again. Look at eCenter CPU meter - there are peaks.

OK,

the notebook was working during N hours

log N 3 - look at the screenshot of eCenter CPU - high peaks, the mouse cursor is frozen at this moments.

and look into the log (end of file)

ACPI 3.11 official

The problem still exist.

If battery 90%, .. 70%, .. 30% - I can boot without AC cable. If battery is low, booting to WPS.

eCenter is dead. Widgets: Beer battery, Reactor Temperature; CRC: ASUS plugin, Batmon plugin.

ACPI deamon starts from startup.cmd

so.. ASUS A6Ja

Solution: 1) Start acpi daemon from startup.cmd

2) Start CRC daemon from startup.cmd

now I can boot.. without troubles

the mutexes were fixed in ACPI 3.11
