#264 | fixed | "No Battery" after update to ACPI 3.10 / APM 1.25
Description |
Since I updated to ACPI 3.10/APM 1.25 (using the acpifu-20080710.WPI) both the Beer Battery and the normal battery widget shows "No Battery". This worked OK with 3.09. Also on boot ACPI shows as version 3.09 and the Desktop properties shutdown page also shows ACPI 3.09 but bldlevel shows "Signature: @#netlabs dot org:3.10#@ACPI core PSD Driver. (c) netlabs.org 2005-2008". APM correctly shows 1.25. Mark |

#597 | No Change Needed | "Some devices could not be assigned an interrupt (out of range)" - Audio does not work
Description |
I have an AsRock? Extreme4 MOBO. It's has an 8-core AMD CPU and AMD chipset. I am using ACPI.PSD without any switches. As such, the system works OK with all 8 CPUs supported (I had some probs with AHCI but that is sorted out). However I get the error message mentioned on bootup. I don't know if it is related but I subsequently get an odd IRQ assignment with IRQ level 16 getting assigned TWICE and IRQ Level 25 also getting assigned to HDA audio. Audio does not work. |

#515 | fixed | /SMP - A Key before the Boot Logo produce an internal processing error
Description |
Using: eComStation 2.1 AHCI driver ACPI 3.18 (also tested ACPI 3.19 - 2011-06-09) Intel DH55TC mainboard Intel i5 Processor 6GB DDR3 RAM (1x4GB, 1x1GB, 1x1GB) Using Windows 7 Boot Manager The system is loading and working correctly. When I select eCoMStation 2.1 from the Windows boot manager menu list and I press any key it gave me an error and eCoMStation stops loading. Alt+F1 works fine. Alt+F2, Alt+F3, Alt+F4 and any other keys like Alt, Ctrl, Shift, provides the same error. The Error says: "The system detected and internal processing error location #0000158:a278 - 000e:a278. 60004, 6009 108606e5 " I'm using "PSD=ACPI.PSD /SMP /Q" If I remove the /SMP the error disappear. Please check screenshot for the error. This ticket was also open on the eComStation Bugtracking. http://bugs.ecomstation.nl/view.php?id=3039 |
