#265 new defect
Page content not always in sync with page indicators (lag when changing pages)

Description
This is likely related to #121. the symptom is that when using the toolbar to quickly move from page to page, it is easy to get "ahead" of the viewing window, which somehow gets left behind, sometimes several pages behind. Double-clicking the desired page in the navigation pane will bring things back in sync.
This is mostly noticeable in PDFs with graphics, where more rendering time is required. In this case, it might be prudent to monitor the page control and wait for the user to stop advancing (or going back), then "jump" to the selected page, instead of trying to keep up.

Note that this ticket deals solely with the main document pane not being kept in sync with the page number indicator in the toolbar, whereas #315 deals with the navigation pane not being kept in sync with the document window content.
