For some documents rendering is so sloooooow

Description
The rendering of some documents/pages is realy slow...
And there is no visual feedback that rendering is on the way. So you don't know if the page is empty or you still have to wait.
Version is 1.2.0

Did a test with Acrobat 9.2 on Windows. Rendering this document is also slow with Acrobat (15s for the first page on my maschine)
I think this is a problem of the pdf itself
