Clicking HISTORY link in help file doesn't open help file; clicking README opens first README found

Description
I think we need paths in there. I'm not seeing the latest ipf in the repository, or I'd make the edit myself.
In my case, HISTORY opens e.exe to a blank window, and README opens the kernel readme form the root of my boot volume.

This can't easily be fixed as it is dependent on the directory efte is opened in. I am going to remove the links and will add a history object in the install folder.

This works here if the efte directory is in PATH and HELP. It opens the old fte readme not readme2.
