On Linux, only PNG files are viewable in Cairo loader.

Adding this primarily to see if trac error reoccurs. OS/2 may not require any changes as GBM should theoretically handle it. Not sure on other platforms. Once I get libpurple ported to OS/2 I can check as I have a working DWPurple on Linux.
