Document widget setup strings

The XWP documentation lists setup strings for XCenter, but a widget in the XCenter can have an individual setup string, and there is no documentation for those, e.g., that an ObjButton? widget can recognize a setup string of OBJECTHANDLE=foo. In the specific case of OBJECTHANDLE, there should be a statement as to whether a file path is a valid value.
