Description
I upgraded from 3.12 to 3.14 beta 4 using the instwgt.cmd in the package.
Whether the radio is off or on, or whether a connection has been established (or TCP/IP is being configured), the tooltip only reads "Cou" (English is in use).
I have not run the standalone exe.

I've seen this here too and fixed it locally. Didn't make a new release since then though. Sorry for the inconvenience.

In the initial case cited, the SSID is "Country Inns" - I should have recognized that the first line of text in the tooltip was the SSID. Anyway, the tooltip is limited to only the first three characters, no matter the state of the connection. I haven't tested non-English binaries.
