Automatically create profile for public hotspots when no matching profile is found

In 'Scan for hotspots' all hotspots are displayed. But you can only connect to one from this dialog when exactly 1 matching profile exists. Two use cases -

1) For free hotspots there usually does not exist a matching profile. Instead 'Connect' button which is disabled anyway, a button 'Create profile' would be cool. The profile edition dialog with pre-filled SSID should be pop up

2) For hotspots with more than one matching profile the button should be 'Select profile' where you can then select and connect with your preferred one.
