Description
As unlock.exe is delivered with eCS we can use it to copy even the locked widget files.
Problem is there are two different versions of unlock.exe. eCS1.2 and probably before use an older version. Problem with current 1.3.2 version is I can't get it running quiet. Waiting for a link to the source code...

Fixed unlock.exe is now delivered with xwlan package.
