Description
This may be trivial, but as some builds seem to work better with some hardware than others, and as some builds seem to only be available through the eCS BetaZone (requiring a valid login), I was wondering about the ability to freely distribute the available packages.
I believe the sources are based on the last released DDK (please correct me if I am wrong). EDM/2 mentions that the DDK is (as of withdrawal in 2004) "IBM abandonware" (see http://www.edm2.com/index.php/IBM_Developer_Connection_Device_Driver_Kits_for_OS/2#License).
These packages include no license document, making it difficult to determine whether there are, in fact, any rights reserved on any of the code. I would suggest that something either be added to the readme or a license document be included in the package.

The DDK contains an IBM copyright and regardless of whether or not someone claims it is "abandonware" it still has a copyright. The USB driver's readme file already contains copyright notices and license.
