trap in uniaud16.sys

Description
A trap seems to happen sometimes in uniaud16.sys when playing the system sound \MMOS2\sounds\desktop\dsk_lckp.wav. It happens on my normal RC7 system, RC6 system and on Paul Smedley's 1.9.11 system which is using the RC6 version of uniaud16.sys.
Attached please find the trap screen. I looked, and no one seemed to have posted it, yet. I only get this trap screen with Paul's 1.9.11 build -- other builds simply reboot the system. I hope this is helpful.
