Description
spilt the dialog in 2 parts.
- part 1 server-share-user-pwd
- part 2 workgroup-masterbrowsername
this would give a cleaner and easyer to understand dialog

remove logging feature and add a env variable "ndpsmb_log". not set or set with 0 means no log. set to 1 means a log is written. the log will be called ndpsmb.log
