Setting invalid "dos charset" value screws smbmon

Description
If you set an invalid dos charset (e.g. "866") in smb.conf it will cause the Nethood tab to loop forever giving an error from init_iconv that it can't convert from various charsets to "866".

I am unable to reproduce this here (using latest SMBMon and Samba 3.6.9.856). I need a console output in order to debug this.....
