Description
Saving a workgroup as default workgroup in the network neighbourhood crashes EVFSGUI.EXE because function TRSetIni() is not registered.

This affects 2.0.4, 2.0.5 and alle 2.1 alpha and beta builds up to beta 4. Fixed in changeset #455
