I installed latest GCCLIB446 and LIBC064, but still no joy. What do I need to install?

you need to install either ​ftp://ftp.netlabs.org/pub/gcc/gcc4core-1_2_1.wpi

or you can install the missing dlls with:

yum install netlabs-exp

yum install gcc-stdc++-shared-library gcc-supc++-shared-library
