Errors in readme.os

only one excerpt: 

Diffpdf 
--------

  1. Create a directory for Diffpdf .
  2. Extract the Diffpdf  package to the new directory.
  3. Create a WPS object for gmail.exe.
  4. Start gmail
  5. Enjoy the app

It doesn't mention the need of xml2.dll and freetyp2.dll.

I fixed the readme and add the mention of those 2 dll
