Description
There are some platform-dependent parts such as in the Q3Process class which need to be ported to OS/2 (in the simplest case taken from the Qt3 port).
However, this functionality is rarely necessary in mature real life applications and therefore has low priority.

as time goes on, we should not do that at all. the main reason was because psi did still need Qt3 support. But even psi changed that with 0.15 finally. So i close it.

To be more exact, qt3support is mostly necessary as a temporary solution when migrating applications from Qt3 to Qt4. Supporting such applications in their transitional states is definitely not our primary task.
