Description
Invoking any Qt App switches the keyboard from german to US.
Have to open the WPS keyboard object to switch it back.
I had this problem with every Qt 4.x version I ever tried but only on this machine...

The machine where this (still) happens has been retired. I don't see it on the new one...

It may also be a good chance to look at keyboard problems observed in some applications (like in Qt Creator, see http://github.com/dmik/qt-creator-os2/issues/3). May be related.
