egpfaults with 2.19 beta

Description
This application has crashed.
Access violation exception (EGPFault) occured at CS:EIP =$0000005B:$00017F03 (Details logged to D:\var\log\NewView.log)
Close application?
If I selct No I can open some of the contents but others again give me this error. I am seeing this on the xwlan and genmac inf files. From the log:

Testcases for crashes with 2.19.b3 on external links

I finally found out details about the crashes with 2.19.b3:
It happens when a panel contains somewhere a link with reftype=launch and object='netscape.exe', e.g.:
:link reftype=launch object='netscape.exe' data='http://hobbes.nmsu.edu'.Hobbes OS/2 Archive:elink.
Moreover, 2.19.b3 crashes on selecting any (other) link with reftype=launch. Here's a testcase (crashexlinks.zip, containing crashexlinks.ipf and crashexlinks.inf). See also my other testcase for double quotes in links, I'll append to ticket:10
