Save as IPF does not export correctly

Description

At least the following items are not exported correctly

  • any type of list (instead bullets are being hardcoded)
  • numeric panel ids
  • the docprof value

For the first item, if it cannot be solved in a senseful way, it may be sufficient to document that as a limitation.

I attach a sample source, as oiginal and reexported.
