webDAV-drive should get a user-defined (volume-)name

Description
Now all webDAV-volumes have the name "NETDRIVE". They should get a user-defined name (e.g. "WebDAV" etc.). Therefore a new field in properties-dialog on Control-panel is necessary.

Mount points and volumes are not the same thing, so this is not a plugin issue. Marking as invalid. Please reopen if not correct.

Changing volume-name via "label I:WEBDAV" functions well. So this issue should not be a big problem.
