Implement "Fullscreen" support

Description

There should be an option to show the document in fullscreen-mode, for example for PDF presentations

Thanks for working on it, it's not yet my definition of fullscreen. On Acrobat fullscreen is really just the document itself, without any GUI components. This is used to do presentations.

(In [72]) Fullscreen implemented (closes #6). Hotkey is Ctrl+L, like in Acrobat. Mozilla-like fullscreen (F11) renamed to 'Maximized view'. Currently page draws at upper-left corner, centered draw should be implemented.
